No hugging and kissing, no wearing short clothes and no discussion on religion in India

So really? who is the chap at common wealth drafting this gibberish! (we presume a ‘he’ as we always give she the benefit of “the doubt” !). To deconstruct then, even men hug in India, yep check out Holi, Id, Christmas, Guru Nanak’s Birthday…and no it is not considered gay! maybe that would have been a better advisory ” If you are in India, you can hug that guy, wear a pink shirt, and no one will think you are gay” ….and maybe we would sound just as foolish!

No kissing, have you seen any of the parks and zoos and beaches and what not…couples are kissing away, bless them! of course there is the “public behavior police” in cities like Lucknow and Bangalore, where putting up a 200 feet, 20 crore structure right next to the 20 km stretch of slum housing with no clean drinking water and no sanitation is really acceptable behavior! But you holds hands with your “cousin” and you are in trouble as the harassed policewoman chases you around the Hajratganj shopping malls.

Short clothes, umm aahhh…we are not sure about this, Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore girls?  what do you say? in spite of the horrendous, bald, lecherous creepy 40 plus men along with the sad and desperate younger ones trying  to slither by you, or open their red Car doors’ in your face, and what not….you wear what you like . Don’t you?

And no discussion? and on religion? hahahahaha! you don’t have to visit India to know this…click on the net…Discussion and India go hand in hand! Discuss thing ad nau·se·am...ask Barkha Dutt and Read the argumentative Indian by Amartya Sen.  or just take a Rickshaw and ask the Rickshawallahs to compare Obama and Manmohan….you will get an ear full…and more depth than Mark Tully would have!
